Support. To help you get the most
from JForma, annual support agreements are available.
To log a support request with us, all you need to do is email us with the details at SupportDept@sqlt.com.
please include as much detail as you can about the problem together with information about the environment (operating system, JSP container,
versions of Java and database etc) in which JForma is being used.
What happens to your support request will largely be determined by the support agreement you have with us.
The support levels are described below:
Purchasing a Support Agreement
If you simply need the Basic Support, you need do nothing further since Basic Support is free. To purchase
one of the higher levels of annual support agreement, simply contact our SalesDept@sqlt.com
to make the necessary arrangements. Note for UK customers: VAT will be added to the above prices at the prevailing rate.
JForma Basic Support
The Basic level of support allows you to submit any comments or problems to us which you may have, but we do not guarantee to respond. We will
normally post answers to frequently asked questions on the FAQ page of our web site and on occasion will answer questions directly.
JForma Standard Support
The Standard Support package will entitle you to log up to 5 technical queries within the life of the agreement.
We would normally expect to answer most JForma Standard Support questions within 7 days. We cannot guarantee to solve your problem,
of course, but we will endeavor to do so. If you need assistance or have a technical
support question concerning JForma please contact the SupportDept@sqlt.com and remember to quote your
support agreement number in the email.
JForma Professional Support
The Professional Support package will entitle you to log up to 15 technical queries within the life of the agreement. These queries will be
given priority over those from Standard Support customers.
Normally we expect to answer most JForma Professional Support questions within 48 hours. We cannot guarantee to solve your problem,
of course, but we will endeavor to do so. If you need assistance or have a technical
support question concerning JForma please contact the SupportDept@sqlt.com and remember to quote your
support agreement number in the email.
JForma Enterprise Support
The Enterprise Support package will entitle you to log unlimited technical queries within the life of the agreement and you may contact us by
telephone in emergencies. Your queries will be given priority over all other support levels. You will automatically be notified by us of updates to
JForma as and when they are released. You will also receive copies of the JavaDoc documentation for the complete system
thus allowing you to fully utilize the power of JForma. In addition, you will receive a 15% discount on any other chargeable services purchased from
SQLTechnology during the life of the agreement.
Normally we expect to answer most JForma Enterprise Support questions within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee to solve your problem,
of course, but we will use our best endeavors to do so. If you need assistance or have a technical
